Mandy Wright, MSN, FNP-BC
Mandy Wright is the Family Nurse Practitioner, with the Guadalupe Clinic for Chronic Disease Care. Mandy graduated from University Health Science Center with her Bachelors in Nursing in 1996. She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2000. Mandy is married and has 3 boys ages 18 and 14. Over the past 16 years Mandy has worked in many areas such as emergency medicine, internal medicine, and neurology but her passion has always been primary care.
Elizabeth Perry, LVN
Elizabeth Perry is a native Texan, born in Seguin and raised in Gonzales, she enjoys taking care of her local community. Elizabeth studied Vocational Nursing and has been employed with the Guadalupe Clinic since 2013. When Elizabeth is not assisting patients in the Guadalupe Clinic, you can find Elizabeth assisting with diabetic education through the clinic, as well as the hospital.
Lori Campos-Bautista, Clinic Coordinator
Lori Campos-Bautista is the Office Coordinator for the Guadalupe Clinic for Chronic Disease Care. She has been an employee with GRMC for 22 years, in which she has worked under Social Services and Case Management, before her final transition at the Guadalupe Clinic. Lori is a local to the area, being born and raised in Seguin, as well as graduating from Seguin High School. Her passion is to provide resources and opportunities for those in the need and in the community.
