Please note that local physicians, including hospital-based providers, such as Anesthesiology, Radiology, Emergency Services and Pathology, contract independently of Guadalupe Regional. Although most plans that Guadalupe Regional accepts are covered by these physicians, Guadalupe Regional cannot guarantee that these physicians will be considered in-network at the time of service. Therefore, please verify each physician's participation prior to receiving services, if possible.
