Personal Training
Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center offers a variety of personal training modalities for its members. Our fitness floor staff are degreed exercise physiologists, certified personal trainers, or both. Your personal training sessions are designed specifically for you, based upon your personal fitness needs, goals and physical abilities. Personal training can address many facets of your overall fitness goals — sport-specific, flexibility, run training, swimming lessons, strength training, toning, or improving quality of life.

Sessions are sold in either 30-minute or 1-hour increments and may also be purchased as introductory single sessions or in packages of 10 sessions. Larger packages are available upon request. Partner packages are also available.
