The Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center is designed to promote health and wellness in our community, is open to the public and provides many services for its members from the age of 18 to 90 plus.

Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center is the realization of GRMC’s commitment to overall community health and is also home to certain physician-prescribed therapy and medical programs. The Wellness Center also offers massage therapy to help with a member’s overall wellbeing.

Hours of Operation                                                                               

Monday-Thursday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m                                                                
Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.                                                              
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Equipment/Resources                                                                                                               

  • Staffed by degreed and/or certified exercise physiologists
  • Exercise equipment which includes elliptical trainers, free weights, full circuit weight machines, hammer strength, seated steppers, stationary bikes and treadmills
  • Racquetball courts, indoor heated pool and hot tub
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Services for clients especially designed for ages 65 and older include water-based classes and many other classes
  • Massage therapy available for one hour and half hour appointments

Massage Therapy

A registered-massage therapist is available at the Fitness Center for both one-hour and half-hour appointments. Massage therapy is available between the following hours:

     Monday: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
     Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
     Friday: 9:30 a.m. –   6:00 p.m.  
     Saturday: 9:00 a.m. –   2:00 p.m.        

 Session Fees:

     Members:

  • ONE HOUR: $40 
  • HALF HOUR: $25

     Non-Members:

  • ONE HOUR: $45
  • HALF HOUR: $30
