Dr. Xin Zhang has been the GRMC Medical Director for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit since 2002.Her focus is on the best possible functional recovery for each patient and to help them be as independent as possible when heading back home. Since the inception of GRMC’s IPRU, they have treated nearly 3,000 patients. Before GRMC, Dr. Zhang has worked in a private practice in Kentucky and was a graduate assistant for the Department of Physiology & Health Science.
