Adult COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Scheduled for Second Doses of Moderna and 1,000 Doses Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Vaccine

Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, Guadalupe County and the City of Seguin will administer COVID-19 vaccines next Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at the Seguin Events Center at 950 S. Austin, Seguin, TX. On Wednesday June 9, 2021 from 1pm-7pm 1,000 doses of the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine will be given along with second doses of the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine for those who received their first Moderna vaccine dose on May 12, 2021.

All COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge. Appointments are encouraged but not required.

Who is Eligible for Vaccination Now: All individuals ages 18 and older qualify for the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) and Moderna vaccines.

Once you enter your information through the link you will receive an email from Eventbrite when a vaccine appointment becomes available and you will have 12 hours to respond to the email and set your appointment.

Those without a computer, internet access, or email address can call (830) 386-2219 and leave a message for assistance with signing up for the vaccine.

Vaccine Brand and Scheduling: The Centers for Disease Control (aka CDC) states that the Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen vaccines are not interchangeable with each other.

Be Prepared: Persons arriving to the Event Center for vaccines will need to bring their State issued photo identification. Participants must wear a face mask, be screened, and practice social distancing. Please bring your immunization card if you are receiving your second dose.
