This week Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, Guadalupe County and the City of Seguin will administer 5,000 second doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for individuals who received their first dose on February 3rd, 4th, or 5th, 2021 at the Seguin Coliseum at 950 S. Austin, Seguin, TX. An Additional 1,000 COVID-19 Moderna vaccine doses have been allocated for first doses that will be administered to Phase 1A and 1B recipients on Wednesday March 3, 2021 at the Seguin Coliseum. All COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge.

1,000 First Doses: The State of Texas is still focusing on vaccine delivery to Phase 1A and 1B. The first dose vaccine clinic will be held March 3, 2021 from 9am-5pm at the Seguin Coliseum. Appointments for first doses will be made utilizing the COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist. You can sign up for the waitlist by visiting the following link: http://www.Seguintexas.gov/covidvaccine. Once you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email from Eventbrite when a vaccine appointment becomes available and you will have 12 hours to respond to the email and set your appointment. After 12 hours of no response, your spot on the waitlist will roll off and you will need to sign up again. Persons arriving to the Coliseum for their first dose will need to bring their State issued photo identification. Participants must wear a face mask, be screened, and practice social distancing.

5,000 Second Doses: The second dose vaccine clinic will be held March 3rd, 4th, or 5th, 2021 from 9am-5pm at the Seguin Coliseum. All vaccine recipients were issued a vaccine card with their name, address, and date of birth identifying the vaccine lot administered and location given. That card contains writing on the back of the card identifying the day and time of your second appointment. It is important that you bring the vaccine card and your State issued photo identification with you to the Coliseum at the time noted to receive your second dose.

You do not have to register or sign up on a waitlist to receive the second dose. A reminder email notification containing the appointment day and time will be sent to individuals who provided an email address when they received their first vaccine dose at the vaccine clinic.
