Richard G. Hensley, MD is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and provides expert diagnostic support that helps guide patient care and treatment decisions. He completed his pathology residency at Baylor University Medical Center and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Hensley holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Texas State University and has also pursued additional studies at Pan American University, Texas Southmost College, and the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
As a pathologist, Dr. Hensley specializes in examining tissues, cells, and laboratory data to diagnose a wide range of medical conditions. His work plays a critical role in helping physicians detect diseases, including cancer and infections, and determine the most appropriate course of treatment for patients.
Dr. Hensley has also contributed to medical research through publications in peer-reviewed journals, including studies focused on infectious disease and cardiovascular pathology.
