Endoscopy

Endoscopy is a good way to examine the body from the inside. Endoscopy is a non-surgical procedure used to examine a patient’s digestive tract. By using a small camera on the end of a long flexible tube, a physician can view your digestive tract to diagnose and sometimes treat conditions.

Both endoscopies and colonoscopies are performed at GRMC to examine, diagnose and treat conditions of gastroenterological conditions, such as:

  • Colon
  • Common bile duct
  • Esophagus
  • Stomach
