Infusion Therapy
Infusion therapy involves the administration of medication through a needle or catheter. It is prescribed when a patient’s condition is so severe that it cannot be treated effectively with oral medication. Infusion therapy is available for both hospitalized patients, as well as those who do not require hospitalization but need to receive treatments on a regular or infrequent basis.
