The Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS)

The Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) is a self-administered questionnaire to assess your chances of daytime sleepiness. These 8 questions will ask you to rate your chance of dozing off or falling asleep while engaging in different activities. The higher the ESS score, the higher your chances are of daytime sleepiness.
